Paradise palms, Kissimmee, Florida is a beautiful holiday destination with plenty for the whole family to do.
The amazing entrance that greets you leads directly to a well equipped clubhouse that all residents have free access to. The clubhouse offers a cinema (with numerous films playing daily), gym, large games room and shop. Directly to the rear of the clubhouse is the large communal pool which features waterfalls and spas, a kids pool is also located in this area. The pool area also has a well stocked Tiki bar, the bar serves a variety of Alcoholic and no alcoholic beverages and serves hot and cold food. The rental house is located within a 5 minute walk of this clubhouse making it a superb location.
The communal pool as mentioned above is now open till 10pm. The area is now well lit and allows guests to swim later into the evenings. The sports courts have also been reservesed and new lighting fitted.
The house is a 4 bed 3 bath townhome with a private enclosed splash pool. There is a large living/dining area that also features the well equipped kitchen that has a large oven, microwave and American fridge freezer. There is a 50inch smart TV, free Wifi throughout, with speeds around 500mbps and house phone for guests to use in the living area. The house is fully air-conditioned, you can alter the temperature to what is required. The house also gets Spectrum premium TV with plenty of movie and other entertainment channels.
Bed 1: features a king size bed with a large TV
Bed 2 (master): features a king size bed with a large TV, this room has a large ensuite (featuring double basins) and a shower/bath.
Bed 3: features a double bed with TV
Bed 4: features twin beds with a TV
There is a shower room /toilet located on the ground floor and the same upstairs.
Paradise Palms has 24 hour security and is a gated community adding that extra security for you and your family. Security patrol the resort at regular intervals. Upon booking, guests details are added to the booking system at Paradise Palms. On arrival the guard will take your name and confirm your booking and allow you entry into the resort. You and your guests will then receive a wrist band to allow speedy entry into the resort during your stay. This allows the resort to be extra secure and prevents others from neighbouring resorts using the facilities intended for Paradise Palms guests only. Paradise Palms has some of the best communal spaces (as listed) in the Kissimmee area. If you are being visited from someone that isn't staying at the resort please provide their details to the guard to ensure they are given entry.
